Story
About 2 billion users has been using Whats App followed by Facebook messenger and gradually seen in communication where lots of private content, data has been shared amongst users both personal and business.
Public and insecure messaging platforms can be vulnerable to cyber attacks, breaching the security of business information and risking data privacy.

The Challenge
This is an opportunity to provide users to communicate freely & securely with friends / parents / clients etc. and to give the exposure of complete control over the content through an agile messaging app thus empowering them against misuse/judgement.
Empathizing with Users
To build some domain knowledge and listed out the basic problems the user might be facing related privacy issues in daily life conversation. Since the topic is more private, secret & emotional so we have to get down to the deepest understanding of what user actually react to this particular problem. During competitive analysis we have studied various applications and how they are solving this problem based on their target users to understand the possibilities and limitations.

Key Findings
Fear of being judged / embarrassed when their private chats or contents seen by parents or friends.
Sometimes user were forced to share login details to other family members which effect their privacy.
People handover their phones to friends / siblings leads to misuse of privacy.
Notification pop up & peeking into phone is common problem for users in different environments when they loose their privacy.
Users cannot hide content in app itself, so they
have to use third-party apps.

Scene 1
Preeti is sitting alone on sofa having conversation with her boyfriend while her brother playing in another room. Her parent's were out for dinner.
Scene 2
Her brother Rahul suddenly noticed Preeti and felt suspicious about her chat.
Scene 3
He came silently and peek on her phone from behind and saw the message.
Scene 4
She tried to hide the phone and become very angry and irritated at the same time.
